Meet your real estate agent partner,

Nora Trotman

Nora Trotman, Panhandle Realtor, in a new construction home kitchen.

I was raised in DeFuniak Springs, FL where I was fortunate enough to enjoy the peace and southern hospitality it offers. The Panhandle is a wonderful place to live at many stages of life, which I know from personal experience. Having bought and sold homes myself, I know exactly how it feels to be in your shoes. I carry those insights to educate buyers and sellers so they have the best experience possible.

As an agent in one of the top 3 brokerages in the U.S., I have the resources to support new home builders, first-time buyers, investors and down-sizers. Our service and commitment to the community are always top-of-mind. I am proud to be a Pensacola Realtor.

Here are a few fun facts about me:

  • I have over 10 years of corporate and agency marketing experience. My career has taken me from Charlotte, NC all the way to Charleston, SC.

  • It seems like a lifetime ago, but I’ve run for state office where I gave live TV interviews and even made national news with my campaign’s positivity.

  • I recently received my MBA from UWF (Go Argos!) with my research focus in residential home building.

Panhandle Real Estate FAQ

  • I have personal experience buying and selling real estate that led me to this career. I’m passionate about helping people and finding creative solutions that help you create generational wealth. I’m backed by the #3 brokerage in the country that is smart, connected and has the best-in-class technology. I operate with a team-first mentality to benefit you.

  • It all depends on your specific goals for real estate. Are you looking for a forever home? Inventory numbers are up so you’ll have options. Do you want to begin investing? Sellers are more apt to offer credits or make repairs now than during the “COVID boom”. Are you looking to sell? Since Florida is a destination for many, you can still make top dollar in the Florida real estate market. Let’s talk!

  • Interest rates have just hit a three year low - for some people that is sub 6%. Good perspective I share is that current rates are still historically low. In fact, they were at nearly 17% in 1981. If you’re a buyer know you have options. Refinancing later or doing a buy-down on your interest rate are a few that can help meet your goals. Contact me to learn more about your options.
